My life is basically a mood board of beautiful chaos and approaching deadlines
and a traditional wellness routine just couldn’t fit into the schedule!
my unpredictable schedule and my deep, passionate love for the art of doing absolutely nothing always won.
Then, a little nugget of wisdom from my Gurukulam days hit me like a ton of cozy bricks: anxiety blocks grace
energy level low!
Which, in modern terms, means stressing about not doing your wellness routine is the most anti-wellness thing you can do.
And that was the plot twist.
Another lesson from my Gurukulam days clicked in that laziness is actually an internal signal of untapped potential just waiting to come out.

So, I stopped trying to fight it and decided to vibe with it instead. I leaned into the wisdom I was fortunate enough to learn, the principles of Temple Sciences and Sacred Geometry, and began to design a new path. one built on simple, five-minute moments of connection and chill.
